The Orion DNA Replacement Pods are brilliantly designed 2mL refillable cartridge built with an AFC drip tip and two types of coils to choose from, one which has a 0.25-ohm resistance and another that has a 0.5-ohm resistance.

While both pod cartridges offer an extraordinary experience, both have been designed to focus more on one particular trait. The 0.25-ohm pod is vapor-focused, while the 0.5-ohm pod is more flavor-focused. Each option utilizes an integrated 316 stainless steel coil that’s wrapped around organic cotton for the purest, cleanest taste possible.

Constructed in a unique way, each pod has a large 2ml e-liquid capacity and sports a refillable design. The pod cartridge has been to allow for easily refilling, so a threaded cap rests at the top and when removed a fill port is exposed. For increased comfort, the drip tip is made of a Delrin material and just at the base of the drip tip is an adjustable airflow control feature with two slots that offers the ability to custom tailor the balance between flavor and vapor production.

Everything from the device to the Lost Vape Orion Replacement Pod, it’s all built with incredible quality. The contacts are gold-plated, the pod is constructed of a polycarbonate material, the drip tip is made of Delrin, and both the airflow control, threaded top-fill cap, and coil are all constructed of stainless steel.

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company.

    SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

    Please note that when you buy something from within the United States, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes and possibly brokerage and handling fees when shipping to a destination outside the United States.     Note: Couriers (FedEx, UPS) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required for courier shipments. All orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be sent via U.S. Mail.

    We accept returns of all unopened, unused and undamaged products and e-liquids no later than 14 days following receipt of your order. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs for both ways with insurance to make sure product is back to us safely and securely.

    Note: All E-Liquid products are NON-Returnable once opened. 

    Due to the nature of the devices that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products (for hygienic reasons). Because of this, we highly recommend researching the product that you are interested in before purchasing. Feel free to contact us before placing an order.

    We will gladly correct our mistakes at no additional shipping cost to our customers. 

    If customer refused the packages for any other reasons, there will be a 15% restocking fee along with shipping charge.

    Before you ship product(s) back, make sure to contact us. When returning an order or products, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number and the reason for the return.

    Replacements are going to be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our facility.

    DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

    Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement within 14 days of purchase. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received DOA (dead on arrival).

    Note: Any product must be returned in original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. We can not accept a return without all the included items and will have to send the product(s) back to you.

    All products claimed to be defective will be examined upon arrival. Any damage caused by the buyer will constitute a void of the manufacturer's warranty. If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit(s) back at the customer's expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.

    MISSING / BROKEN ITEMS 

    All missing and broken items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken. 

    ORDER CANCELLATION 

    For order cancellation requests, please use our “Contact Us” with the Title “Cancel Request: Order #”. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
