          Notice: Changes Affecting Our Shipping Policy. 

          We’re implementing some changes to improve the speed of our product delivery to the customer. These changes are also being implemented in order to comply with State specific laws. Our current changes will only apply to domestic shipping. 

          In the past we have offered free shipping on domestic orders which oftentimes created bottle necks and longer than expected delivery. 

          We have upgraded our First-Class shipping solution to provide for better, faster and more reliable delivery. While we will no longer offer free First-Class shipping, as we did in the past, we are also dropping the price across the board on all of our products so that the end user receives the same great price as they did before, but with a much-improved shipping service.

          Domestic Shipping Policy

          Shipment processing time

          We typically strive to ensure that orders are shipped within 24 hours after they are placed. However, our official timeline for orders, including orders placed with Priority Shipping, are processed within 1 - 2 business days.

          Note: Please allow an additional 2 business days for orders valued at over $100 to allow more time for payment settlement and clearance.

          During peak times in a surge or while we are running a promotional sale, please allow an extra 1 - 2 business days for order processing and fulfillment.

          We will be processing and shipping orders during our normal business hours:

          Mon - Fri: 10:00AM - 5:00PM

          Sat: 10AM-2:00PM

          We mainly ship via USPS which operates Mon-Sat. As of right now, we are experiencing delays both within the USPS network as well as from manufacturers in obtaining product inventory.

          First Class shipment pricing will be calculated by weight and destination location and will be displayed upon checkout.

          Delivery estimates apply to when the package has left our facility and has been scanned by the postal carrier. 

          *Note: Couriers (FedEx and UPS) do not deliver to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required for these couriers. All order shipping to P.O. boxes must be sent via USPS. 

          Shipment confirmation and order tracking

          Once we process an order, the tracking information is sent via email to the email address used during checkout by the customer.

          The tracking information on the USPS website will not change until USPS has received and

          scanned the package at their sorting facility.

          *USPS is a highly trusted carrier however; discrepancies do happen, and some packages may not be scanned during high volume/peak times. If tracking information isn’t updated 72 hours after the order was processed, please feel free to contact our support for more information. 

          Signature Confirmation 

          We mostly ship orders without Signature Guarantee Service (Signature NOT required upon delivery). At checkout, you may add a note requesting the service for your order; not doing so, the customer assumes the risk of non-receipt if the shipping carrier can establish that the order was delivered to the shipping address.

          We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company.

          Adult Signature Confirmation

          Certain States require us by law to charge an additional $5.70 for an Adult Signature Delivery.

          This service requires that someone, not necessarily yourself, that is 21 years or older is present to receive the package. Whoever is present to receive the package must be able to provide State issued identification for proof of age.

          Shipments Outside of The United States 

          Please note that when you purchase a product that originates from the United States, you may be responsible for Customs Duties, Taxes and possibly brokerage and handling fees when shipping to a destination outside the United States. Unless specified otherwise, all devices sold on Vapejuicedepot.com are mostly 110V. Customers assume all responsibility for any defects which may occur from using converters or adapters.

          We accept returns of all UNOPENED, UNUSED, and UNDAMAGED products no later than 14 days following receipt of your order. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs for both ways with insurance to ensure that the product is returned safely.

          *Note: All E-liquids are NON-RETURNABLE once opened or seal has been broken.

          Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products, due to hygienic reasons and for general safety. Because of this, we highly recommend researching the product that you are interested in, prior to purchase. Feel free to reach out to us before placing an order.

          We will gladly correct our mistakes at no additional cost to our customers.

          If a customer refused their package for any other reasons, there will be a 15% restocking fee along with a shipping charge.

          Before you ship a product back, make sure to contact us. When returning an order or products, please include your order # on the outside of the packaging or the original invoice within the packaging to ensure that we receive and can track the return.

          Replacements will be shipped out after we have received the defective items or replacement E-liquids (assuming that they have not been opened).

          Defective Products

          Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement within 14 days of purchase. Customers are required to pay ALL shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received dead on arrival.

          Note: Any product must be returned in its original packaging, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and any other item(s) originally included with the product. We cannot accept a return without all the aforementioned items, and we will have to send the product(s) back to you.

          All products claimed to be defective will be examined upon arrival. Any damage caused by the buyer will constitute a void of the manufacturer’s warranty. If the returned unit(s) is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit(s) back at the customer’s expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.

          Missing/ Broken Items

          All missing or broken items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken.

          Order Cancellation

          For order cancellation requests, please contact us at support@vapejuicedepot.com with the Title “Cancel Request: Order #”. Once the order has been shipped and is in transit, we will not be able to cancel the order and the customers may either refuse the package or ship the order back to us for a refund/ exchange.

          Lost and Stolen Packages

          We offer Signature Confirmation * for customers who want to ensure they receive their packages or for those shipping to an unsafe location. Signature confirmation may be added during checkout.

          * Signature Confirmation is an additional fee of $5.60.

          Vape Juice Depot does not take any responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered to their destination. All related claims must be processed directly through USPS:
