Unlike many other similar devices, the Explore comes equipped with precise digital temperature controls that offers full control over the quality of your aroma. Depending on the type of material you are using you may need higher or lower amounts of heat to achieve ideal results. Using the left or right bottom control keys you can adjust the Explore's temperature to reach anywhere within the range of 200-460°F, such a large range allows you to truly zero in on the exact degree that will deliver the results you are after, whether it's increased aroma or flavor you prefer the Explore has you covered.
After finding the optimal temperature level for your preferred material, power off the device without adjusting the temperature and the next time the device is powered on it will automatically adjust to that temperature level for ultimate convenience.
For dried blends, the Explore device utilizes a pure ceramic oven that will deliver a true aroma with zero possibility of combustion. This chamber comes equipped with a cutting-edge mouthpiece that features a built-in stir tool for convenient use on the go. Never again will you have to open your device to mix it's contents, simply twist the mouthpiece to rotate your dried blends and ensure that every last bit goes to use.

An innovative con centrate heater head and mouthpiece combo can be swapped out with the stir tool mouthpiece to quickly convert the Explore into a versatile multi-use device. This con centrated heater head will heat your essential oils just enough to evenly spread it throughout the ceramic chamber for an even and thorough heating process that results in a thick quality of aroma that is absolutely packed with flavor.
Yocan's Explore device is powered by an internal 18650 lithium-ion battery that features a convenient micro-usb charging method with pass-through function that allows the device to continue heating while it charges. This battery features a long-lasting 2600mAh capacity that will deliver several cycles between each recharge for all day use on the go, adding to it's extreme portability.
If all of that isn't enough for you, the Explore device also comes equipped with a bright and easy to read LCD screen that neatly displays everything you need to know on one interface. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company.

Please note that when you buy something from within the United States, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes and possibly brokerage and handling fees when shipping to a destination outside the United States. To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain box with absolutely no product labels of any kind. The name that appears on your billing statement will not reference any particular product. Billing will be listed as Vape Juice Depot.
Note: Couriers (FedEx, UPS) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required for courier shipments. All orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be sent via U.S. Mail.

We accept returns of all unopened, unused and undamaged products and e-liquids no later than 14 days following receipt of your order. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs for both ways with insurance to make sure product is back to us safely and securely.
Note: All E-Liquid products are NON-Returnable once opened.
Due to the nature of the devices that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products (for hygienic reasons). Because of this, we highly recommend researching the product that you are interested in before purchasing. Feel free to contact us before placing an order.
We will gladly correct our mistakes at no additional shipping cost to our customers.
If customer refused the packages for any other reasons, there will be a 15% restocking fee along with shipping charge.
Before you ship product(s) back, make sure to contact us. When returning an order or products, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number and the reason for the return.
Replacements are going to be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our facility.
Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement within 14 days of purchase. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received DOA (dead on arrival).
Note: Any product must be returned in original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. We can not accept a return without all the included items and will have to send the product(s) back to you.
All products claimed to be defective will be examined upon arrival. Any damage caused by the buyer will constitute a void of the manufacturer's warranty. If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit(s) back at the customer's expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.

MISSING / BROKEN ITEMS
All missing and broken items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken.
For order cancellation requests, please use our “Contact Us” with the Title “Cancel Request: Order #”. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
