What is the minimum age to purchase?
You must be 21 years of age or older. We verify age at checkout using a third-party verification service, and require an adult signature upon delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Priority shipping takes 2-3 days, and express takes 1-2 days. Orders placed before 2 PM CST ship same day.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Express and priority shipping are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Can I return a product?
We accept returns within 30 days for unopened products in original packaging. E-liquids and opened items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. See our Return Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking from your account page under Orders.
Do you ship to all states?
We ship to all US states where vape product delivery is permitted by law. Some states have additional excise taxes that are calculated at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and store credit. Payment is processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment processor.
How do I apply for wholesale pricing?
Visit our Wholesale page and fill out the application form. We review applications within 1-2 business days and will contact you with pricing details.
What is your loyalty program?
Earn points on every purchase that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Points are automatically added to your account after each order.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from your account settings page, or contact us at [email protected]. We will process your request and delete all personal data within 30 days.
