Notice: Changes Affecting Our Shipping Policy. (Updated March 2026)

PACT ACT Vape Mail Announcement

 Starting March 27, 2021, the PACT Act requires online retailers to:

  • Collect state and local excise taxes on vaping products.
  • Obtain Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery, verified by government-issued ID.
  • Comply with labeling, packaging, recordkeeping, and registration requirements at both state and federal levels.

An Adult Signature fee of $7.99 will be added to each order at checkout. This fee is required by law and applies to all shipping methods, including "Free Shipping" orders.

Carrier Changes and Service Availability

Major carriers (UPS, FedEx, and DHL) have discontinued shipments of vape products.
To maintain service coverage, Vape Juice Depot is partnering with a new compliant carrier network that meets all PACT Act and state requirements.

Adult Signature Confirmation

All vape-related shipments require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. A government-issued photo ID must be presented to the delivery employee. This verification adds a mandatory $7.99 fee per shipment, reflected during checkout.

You may provide a business address for more convenient delivery.
Note: Most carriers cannot deliver Adult Signature packages to P.O. Boxes in states requiring age verification.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state and local regulations, we are unable to ship to certain locations. Please review the restrictions below before placing your order. Orders containing prohibited items will be adjusted or canceled prior to shipment.

  • Arkansas: Online sales and direct-to-consumer shipments are prohibited by state law. We are unable to ship to Arkansas addresses.
  • Georgia: Online sales and direct-to-consumer shipments are prohibited by state law. We are unable to ship to addresses in Georgia.
  • Hawaii: Vaping products may not be shipped from out-of-state sources to residential addresses. We are unable to ship to addresses in Hawaii.
  • Maine: Online sales of vaping products to consumers are prohibited by state law. We are unable to ship to Maine addresses.
  • Massachusetts: Massachusetts has enacted a statewide ban on all flavored vaping products, including menthol. Only unflavored and tobacco-flavored products may be shipped to Massachusetts addresses, subject to applicable state excise taxes.
  • Minnesota: We are currently unable to ship to addresses in Minnesota due to state excise tax compliance requirements and local ordinance restrictions.
  • Nebraska: Online sales of vaping products are prohibited except between licensed businesses. We are unable to ship to addresses in Nebraska.
  • South Dakota: Shipment of all tobacco and vaping products to consumers is prohibited by state law. We are unable to ship to South Dakota addresses.
  • Utah: In accordance with Utah state law, online sales of vaping products to consumers are prohibited except between licensed businesses. Additionally, flavored vaping products other than tobacco and menthol flavors are banned statewide.
  • Vermont: Vermont prohibits the online sale of vaping products, except between licensed businesses.
  • Virginia: Online sales and direct-to-consumer shipments are prohibited by state law. We are unable to ship to addresses in Virginia.
  • Washington, D.C.: Pursuant to the Flavored Tobacco Prohibition Amendment Act of 2021 (DC Law 24-25), the sale, distribution, and purchase of all flavored tobacco products — including flavored e-cigarettes and vaping products — is prohibited throughout the District, including online sales. Only unflavored and tobacco-flavored devices may be shipped to Washington, D.C. addresses.
  • Chicago, IL: Chicago has enacted a local flavor ban on vaping and tobacco products. Flavored e-liquids and flavored vaping products cannot be shipped to addresses in Chicago. Only unflavored and tobacco-flavored products are available for shipment within Chicago city limits.
  • San Francisco: Pursuant to San Francisco's Flavored Tobacco Product Sales Prohibition and California AB 3218/SB 1230 (effective January 1, 2025), all flavored vaping products cannot be sold or shipped to San Francisco addresses.

Additional restrictions:

  • New Jersey and Rhode Island: We may only ship tobacco-flavored e-liquids (no flavored varieties).
  • New York: ONLY Tobacco flavors and devices will be shipped.

Shipment processing time

Orders are processed during business hours:
Mon–Fri: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Processing Time: Typically 24-48 hours

Free Domestic U.S. Shipping on Orders Above $99

Orders totaling $99 or more (before tax, excise fees, or discounts are applied) qualify for free base shipping.
However, the mandatory $7.99 Adult Signature fee still applies to all vape orders.

  • Free Shipping applies only in states and regions where carrier service is available.
  • Paid shipping options are prioritized for faster processing.

Order Confirmation, Tracking, and Delivery

After processing, you’ll receive a tracking email at the address used during checkout.

If any item becomes unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit for the missing product to avoid shipping delays at our own discretion.

California Purchase Confirmation

In accordance with California’s STAKE Act, California customers may receive a confirmation call before their order is processed. Processing begins once confirmation is complete, which may delay shipping by 1–2 business days.

International Shipments

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
  • Vape Juice Depot is not liable for delays, damages, or customs seizures once the package leaves the U.S.
  • Please review your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Failed or Undeliverable Shipments

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

If a shipment fails for any of the following reasons, and it is returned to our facility, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Incorrect address
  • Customs interception
  • Country-specific import restrictions
  • Delivery refusal
  • Unclaimed

Discreet Billing and Shipping

To protect your privacy, orders are shipped in plain packaging with no product branding.

However, state and federal law require that all vape shipments display the following text on the shipping label:

"Contains Tobacco Products"

Your billing statement will appear as "VAPE JUICE TOBACCO PRODUCTS." Please note that this is subject to change to ensure our full compliance.
