It depends on where you are. Typically orders are packed and shipped the same or following business day after they are placed. If you’ve opted for free shipping, USPS typically takes 3 - 7 business days to deliver the packed to your shipping address. The additional charge you saw is not an actual charge. The reason this occurred is due to the previous transaction(s) were/was initially declined. After a successful transaction the bank puts temporary hold on the declined transaction(s) for security purposes but they will release the funds back into your account after 3 to 7 business days.
