How We Run Vape Juice Depot

How We Verify Age and Handle Sensitive Documents
Age verification is one of the most important things we do. We’re required by law to confirm that every customer is 21 or older before completing a sale, and we take that obligation seriously.
Any documents submitted for identity or age verification – such as a government-issued ID – are uploaded exclusively through Securelink, a dedicated, encrypted system. Access is restricted, and the verification process is designed to protect your identity at every step.
We retain age verification data only for as long as required by applicable federal and state law, typically three years. After that, it’s securely deleted.
Please note: We don’t ask for sensitive information casually. When we do, we protect it properly.
Email Authentication and Inbox Deliverability
We build every customer email in-house — campaigns, promotions, order updates. No recycled templates.
Our email domain is authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC – three protocols that verify our emails are genuinely from us and prevent anyone from spoofing our domain to send fraudulent messages in our name. Our domain currently holds an A+ security rating, verified through PowerDMARC.
