Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available for unopened products returned within 30 days, damaged or defective items, wrong items shipped, and orders cancelled before shipment.

Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Store Credit

As an alternative to a refund, we can issue store credit for the full amount. Store credit never expires.
