A vape tank may leak from the bottom due to several reasons:

Damaged O-rings: Check for wear and replace if necessary.
Overfilling: Avoid exceeding the fill line.
Coil Issues: Ensure the coil is properly installed and not damaged.
Incorrect Airflow Settings: Adjust airflow to prevent leaks.
Temperature Changes: Extreme temperatures can cause leakage.
Cracks: Inspect the tank for cracks and replace if found.
Thin E-liquids: Use e-liquids with appropriate viscosity for your tank.

To prevent leakage:

Detach the tank from the device.
Locate and use the fill ports correctly.
Prime the coil if needed.
Fill the tank carefully and securely close it.
Wait a few minutes for proper saturation.
Adjust airflow as necessary.
Reattach the tank to the device.
Always follow manufacturer instructions for best results.
