Select Your Wire: Choose the wire type and gauge. Wrap the Coil: Use the coiling tool to wrap the wire around the rod to create a coil. Trim and Install: Cut excess wire, install the coil in the RDA/RTA deck, and secure it with screws. Adjust and Dry Burn: Position the coil, pulse to remove hotspots, and adjust with ceramic tweezers. Add Cotton: Thread cotton through the coil, trim, and tuck it into the deck. Saturate and Vape: Saturate the cotton with e-liquid, reassemble, and enjoy vaping.
To make coils with a Coil Master Kit:
Cut Wire: Cut a piece of wire to the desired length. Wrap Coil: Insert the wire into the coiling tool and wrap it around the rod by turning the top cap. Trim Ends: Remove the coil from the rod and trim the excess wire. Install and Adjust: Install the coil on your RDA/RTA deck, secure it, and adjust the spacing. Dry Burn and Wick: Dry burn to remove hotspots, then thread cotton through the coil.
