I placed my order for a vape mod and couple of juices. After a week of waiting, I got an email that said it wasn't being shipped. Oit of stock. Do I want to cancel since they had no idea when it would be available or if it would. I emailed asking if the flavors of juice would ship since they were available. No answer. Never again. I can live with unavoidable msgs. It's that it took over a week to tell me and it allowed me to purchase, anyway. Never again. I'm still waiting for an answer about my juices for the mod. It's been a couple weeks and crickets. I didnt want to go elsewhere to buy,then have it arrive. Never again. Advice, communicate and dont process orders out of stock.
