PACT ACT Vape Mail Announcement
Starting March 27, the PACT will require online retailers to collect state and local excise taxes on vaping products and require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery with an I.D. check. This will appear as an additional fee of $6.99 on top of the shipping charge upon checkout. As a result of this, every package will have to be shipped via Priority Mail as this is the only mail option that USPS offers that will allow for an Adult Signature upon delivery. Other compliance requirements include labeling and packaging, record-keeping, and State and Federal registration and reporting.
In addition to these requirements, the major shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) soon will no longer be shipping vaping products. However, VapeJuiceDepot is committed to providing vaping products to as many customers as possible. Our team will be implementing and using a new shipping solution that complies with the different state and federal laws.
Unfortunately, we may not have full shipping coverage for the initial rollout. Therefore, we may not be able to serve our entire customer base due to a lack of carrier service. However, we are constantly looking into ways to expand shipping to all locations. Shipping options, costs, and coverage area will be made available during the checkout process once this carrier has become available on our site.
Adult Signature Confirmation
In accordance with local jurisdiction and laws, all orders require the use of Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. To receive this package, the recipient is required to show a proper form of government photo identification to the delivery employee for age confirmation. This delivery service requires an additional charge of $6.99, and the rates will be reflected during the checkout process.

* Please note that we Cannot ship to P.O. Boxes within any of the States that
require an Adult Signature upon delivery.
As it is now, we are not shipping to these states/municipalities due to specific state regulations:

For the State of New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, we are unable to ship any flavored e-Liquids to customers located within these jurisdictions at this time. We are only able to ship out Tobacco e-Liquid to these states, so be sure to remove any flavored e-Liquid in order to check out.
For the State of New York, we cannot ship any e-Liquids regardless of the nicotine strength or flavor due to local regulation that was put in place.

Free Domestic U.S. Shipping on Orders Above $75
Option available whenever the final cart price is above $75, excluding applicable sales tax, excise tax, and discount code. You must select Free Shipping during checkout to be eligible. Please note that we prioritize all paid shipping customers before Free Shipping orders.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once we process an order, the tracking information is sent via email to the email address used during checkout by the customer.
The tracking information on the USPS website will not change until USPS has received and scanned the package at their sorting facility.
*USPS is a highly trusted carrier however; discrepancies do happen, and some packages may not be scanned during high volume/peak times. If tracking information isn’t updated 72 hours after the order was processed, please feel free to contact our support for more information.
Confirmation of Purchases
If you live in the State of California and make a purchase on our website, we are then required, in accordance with California law, to make one phone call using an auto dialer and pre-recorded message to the phone number provided at checkout. This is only to confirm your order and this will occur after every purchase made. The phone call will be made at 5:00 PM PST, daily, after which we will then proceed to process your order.*

Shipments Outside of The United States
Note that when you purchase a product that originates from the United States,
you are responsible for any Customs Duties, Taxes and possibly brokerage and
handling fees associated with the purchase.
If a package fails to be delivered due to any of these listed reasons, the package will be marked as abandoned. The recipient assumes full responsibility for ALL fees associated with the failed delivery.

Discreet Billing & Shipping
To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages, unless otherwise specified, in a
plain envelope with no product labels of any kind. The name that appears on
your billing statement will not reference any particular product. Your billing
statement will reflect ‘VAPE JUICE TOBACCO PRODUCTS’ upon purchase.
Please note that the shipping label will have our Company name listed, as this is required by law.*

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company.
We are committed to offering you the best prices possible. If you find a lower price on an identical item in a US based store or a US Online retailer (factoring in shipping and delivery fees) currently in stock, we’ll be glad to match the competitor’s price.
We accept returns of all UNOPENED, UNUSED, and UNDAMAGED products no later than 14 days following receipt of your order. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs for both ways with insurance to ensure that the product is returned safely.
*Note: All E-liquids are NON-RETURNABLE once opened or seal has been broken.
Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products, due to hygienic reasons and for general safety. Because of this, we highly recommend researching the product that you are interested in, prior to purchase. Feel free to reach out to us before placing an order.
We will gladly correct our mistakes at no additional cost to our customers.
If a customer refused their package for any other reasons, there will be a 15% restocking fee along with a shipping charge.
Before you ship a product back, make sure to contact us. When returning an order or products, please include your order # on the outside of the packaging or the original invoice within the packaging to ensure that we receive and can track the return.
Replacements will be shipped out after we have received the defective items or replacement E-liquids (assuming that they have not been opened).
Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement within 14 days of purchase. Customers are required to pay ALL shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received dead on arrival.
Note: Any product must be returned in its original packaging, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and any other item(s) originally included with the product. We cannot accept a return without all the aforementioned items, and we will have to send the product(s) back to you.
All products claimed to be defective will be examined upon arrival. Any damage caused by the buyer will constitute a void of the manufacturer’s warranty. If the returned unit(s) is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit(s) back at the customer’s expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.
Missing/ Broken Items
All missing or broken items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken.
For order cancellation requests, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Title “Cancel Request: Order #”. Once the order has been shipped and is in transit, we will not be able to cancel the order and the customers may either refuse the package or ship the order back to us for a refund/ exchange.
Lost and Stolen Packages
We offer Signature Confirmation * for customers who want to ensure they receive their packages or for those shipping to an unsafe location. Signature confirmation may be added during checkout.
* Signature Confirmation is an additional fee of $5.60.
